History
We have been serving Orange City, Deltona, DeBary, Deland, Sanford and the adjacent areas since 1983. The company was founded by Joseph Napolitano & Mary Scaggs in 1999.

Agents

Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computers and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.

There are staff members of our customer care department to assist with all your needs. They will help coordinate meetings, set schedules and answer your calls when your agent is not available.
